Manage Team Members
Invite colleagues to your organization and manage their roles.
Manage Team Members
Organization members can access all workspaces in the organization. Their role controls what they can manage. See Roles and Permissions for the full permission matrix.
Requires Admin or Owner role to invite or remove members.
Invite a member
- Go to Organization → Members in the sidebar.
- Select Invite member.
- Enter the invitee's email address and select a role.
- Confirm.
The invitee receives an email with an acceptance link. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can see pending invitations in the members list.
Change a pending invitation's role
Pending invitation roles cannot be edited directly. Cancel the invitation and send a new one with the correct role.
Change a member's role
- Go to Organization → Members.
- Find the member and open the role selector.
- Select the new role.
You can only assign roles equal to or below your own. Admins cannot promote members to owner.
Remove a member
- Go to Organization → Members.
- Find the member and select Remove.
Removal takes effect immediately and revokes access to all workspaces in the organization.
